examples for myself how lift would look with my rims and how bumper cut would look
xKiztQ7.jpg

so normal steps for me do lift at least as much as in that pic, and then maybe cut bumper

car how its sits now, how +5cm would look and then +7cm wheel is in the air
would need bigger tires for better look there.

checked front arches for rust and how it looks, and put some bitumen spray over there , and then put back that plastic cover back

cmon weather you can do better im sure... 5,10cm more snow would be perfect but no... we dont get it here i guess.. those lucky russians who gets all the snow there but not we ...

as city in lockdown i just dont wanna go off cory limits just later to find myself in traffic as all coming in cars will be checked by police, and then other roads outside city that where like smaller ones are blocked with some concrete bloks there so you cant go around they just left some 3 roads from city now and all are controller by police... shame...
so i still found some fields kinda in city area and went to try to slide there on some snowy grass. not that much fun but some iv had . still this car didint saw almost any snow in my hands, such a shame. my red 2011 one was such a good winter car deep snow car ..

it was snowing some more..tried it on fields... then some weird car appeared after us in dark and even followed us for some time. it was weird. why we where followed who knows, just leave people alone maybe they just wanted to have fun on snow in the field that was noones property or anything.

Just found this.. what kind of suspension is this? Shock on lower links? Why?

Figured out thats stabilisation instead sway bar.. clever and very expensive i would think

Looks like some winter will come here too at least for this next week shows some bellow zero celcious and snowing, so with lockdown in country i might find some not far places to go and test some car in snow in next days. TC off sure so it will be without TC then just some part of VDC will work still i hope will see how it will do , but as i tried allready feels like wheels just spin freely revs raising up and car just slides freely as you want there,so maybe that will be good thing.
I wonder is that same thing as i turn off TC with button or its just off fully . But who knows really.

That was this morning before i went to work and now it was snowing all day so at last yay!!! Im glad is what i was asked for.. to drive with winter tires that are done so its a lot slippy but i will see

I saw those in movies but how you used it?
Navigate to top of hill.
Sit in tray, hold onto handle
Get someone to give you a shove in the right direction.
:)

high preasure car wash VS. plastidip in winter. if someone dont understand those rims where black :ROFLMAO:
allways wanted o go back to silver rims anyway
LHnyIUx.jpg

but it was fun with black rims and silver ones still. got pulled out from some soft sand under snow and pulled out once other car, my rear recovery points worked great, rope was amazing. just that one thing that car doesnt wanna pull from low revs sometimes and today was that day when it dont wanna so it was hard there on soft snow and then soft sand under.

some video from that trip. btu i just knew all time its not my day as i can just feel how it doesnt give power when i needed it , thats why that last try at 3 min was almost good but not enough momentum and then it was loosing all power
if i would saw just those kinda videos about subarus before i decided to buy subaru i wouldnt buy it as it looks like its just sucks rly, ;ucku i saw those good videos back then. but i knew all that i knew if i delete errors it will drive like poop , so thats result when it drives like poop on low revs, it goes fine on road after it gets up to revs

because in this my older video thats how revs going up when you push for it when it all works there
but this video was before all missfires and other problems there and back then TC worked as it supose to as well

In all fairness, you are criticizing a vehicle that you have highly modified, and that keeps throwing codes. That does suggest that somewhere in your modifications you might have got something wrong, or that there is something wrong with that particular engine.

I have several friends with the OEM 3.0L Outback, and they do not have the problems of low rev torque that you are reporting. In fact, neither do either of our 2.5L naturally aspirated Foresters.

about codes now as it become cold outside it can drive without showing codes for some time after restting them, and first code that comes driving on petrol is cyl 2 missfire, so that problem is first , well after driving with that code other cyls throws missfire too and then too rich fuel mix but that can be catalysts because there are no catalysts now. but that cyl 2 missfire is that first problem looks like.
still funny thing is in warm weather after longer time driving with codes car kinda changes and starts drive good means pulls good from place but thats after some time , not day or 2 like longer, so i dont get that thing from ECU if its sees all those problems , then still lets car somehow start to pull good. now in cold weather in those couple days it didint get to that mode yet.
so who knows with all those ignition coils and cables that you cant just change , i miss those older models 2.5 where you just have spark plugs and you have plug wires , you buy those you change them , done simple thing. i mean if your coil wires now goes bad how you change those ? maybe im looking bad but i couldnt find those to buy new.

im that older video car is same as now lifted , and nothing else. i didint do anything more to it now. its just when problems started tried to change injectors and coils places with one another, changed plugs to new as most ppl would do. thats all. code still stayed .
all started with injector cleaner bottle that you mix in petrol tank. i thought what a great idea clean fuel system and injectors... after couple days driving like that all problems started. i understand because fuel was not same with that cleaner and ECU didint liked it or something.

But all that doesnt matter right now as o enjoy this

My apologies. For some reason, I thought you had done an engine/transmission transplant.

All the best with sorting out your lpg/fuel problem.

and i saw from that other guys OBK example how his auto i guess was making car just stall against small ravine, so not only he couldnt go forward but couldnt go reverse then as well, he diditn dig down because wheels where not spining even once. it was just whining was sad to look. and i thought just mine is like that, so no not just mine. and he had engine and gearbox rebuild. but its ok we must accept for what those cars just cant do i guess.
but im sure mine can do better yet, just need to make it to good state.

ohh just now for couple days i thought i had some gearbox problems again , when i came to car after cold night and tried to drive like after some 2-3 min engine working it was not driving almost and gave that error later same as i had before , and then when i changed gearbox oil. so now for 2 days i think if i try to drive it like from cold it wont do it, i did test so i just moved back and forward, like for 5 times short distance drove forward and backward and then it started to pull forward. so hmm why it care so much for cold now... then after its warm up for all day its fine , even if i leave it for couple hrs outside, but in cold morning now its for some reason not happy again.
so if that oil change didint fixed thing but just made it some better i wonder ... shame i wasnt looking what error code it brought now for transmission if its same or not. as now is lockdown in all country i cant even drive to other city now so its not possible to show car to anyone for now, who knows how long this will last. so it will do for now as it is .

Hi lift jack pad modification winter edition
Using same screw i use to secure it on roof rack

snow donuts. i wonder c an those older subaru AWD systems thats are kinda front based more still do donuts in snow or mud ? or they have problem because they more front split.

more snow donuts , tried just TC off and then ABS fuse off, doesnt affected anything there at least for VDC work

cleaning my road from fallen branches . its good to have in trunk all kind of ropes , even those cheap ones from market could be in use in other ways like this one

then lots work to clean all that snow from rims before going to main road because otherwise steering wheel will go crazy vibrate

I don't know about on snow, but I have seen the damage done to a centre vLSD from doing donuts on bitumen, courtesy of Lucas at Lucas Automotive - ugly, f'ugly! Snow should be OK because there's very little friction.

Lovely countryside :) .

Yh snow mud wet grass is fine, just thought ABS off would change anything but it wasnt. Part of VDC still works as at some points in drops acceleration but because TC off it lets revs goes up in most places, just not as high as i would want , just couple times revs went more up to 4-5k where it was less traction as there is still some dirt and grass under snow there when car turns so fast it feels how vdc just takes away acceleration from you for moment or maybe it changes gears as i was doing some times on D and some on fixed 1st gear. Dont remember now which i used when.
And that exhaust sound straight without catalysts now doesnt sound good there, will put new catalysts there later.
