PICTURE POST: your favorite off-road shot!

dcoutback, its an awesome trestle bridge isnt it! Nice shot, can't wait to see the new Foz in action & up close :lildevil:

NL - that car looks like a beast!

Thanks mate, its amazing what a set of muddies do to the appearance

I love your light bar...one of these days I'll get one

Here are a couple from recent trips end of last year... Esperance, Albany, Augusta, Margaret River and Tasmania all in 3 months!

Crikey, you do get around! :monkeydance:

It sure is!

Yeah, good investment getting a lightbar, best thing I've done I reckon!

Quick fishing trip down to Mandurah with a mate on the weekend - left 10:30 friday night, fished the whole night, then slept most of Saturday. :)

Got onto the beach at Whitehill Rd then drove for about 20mins looking for a good spot to set up camp for the night. Drove past a few other cars which were already setup (can't blame them, it was a magic night) until we chose our own. Watched the moon set over the ocean, then the milky way, then the sunrise over our backs!

First job was to make a good fire and get some coals happening (to cook the fish we were going to catch...)

Overall, it was a great trip, no troubles with the car, suspension was excellent over the rutted sand tracks, lightbar was handy, tyres dropped to 12psi did a great job (until I let my mate drive, at which point we got bogged - good learning experience for him, and nothing a bit of digging couldn't solve).

Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing. My favrit would have to be the fire and the stars. Magic capture :-)

Best regards

Cheers guys, glad ya like them! Forgot my tripod but a little improvisation got me some ok results...

Went for an explore this morning after an early morning MTB ride up in Kalamunda. Feels great to get out in the car again, been so long! Been raining non-stop for quite some time now, and the gravel roads are just so much fun to drive on! So much to explore out this way, and I had just as much fun doing this as I did riding. Found some cool areas to test the clearance and ability of the foz and as usual it did a great job.

P.S Gotta get a new globe for the headlight... (not bad for phone photos I reckon too).

Sarge98, I must admit that I enjoyed the ball-bearing style gravel roads I found when over there years ago. Great fun with 4wd locked in!

Cheers

Thank you gents, and nice pics there, Sarge98! I'm stuck taking pictures with my phone also. El_Freddo, where did you visit when you came to Alaska?
This pic was last weekend at Murphy Dome again, but we were headed down an atv trail to an awesome rock on the hillside, but the trail got real bad so we started across the tundra with my friend navigating from the roof:

And this is the foz next to The Rock:

Ripped off the passenger side of my back bumper again, but i was out of zipties so i just cut it off with my knife.:lildevil:

Oh, both of these pictures were taken at around 10:00pm

Woah! How far north are you!?
Very impressed, nights like that in summer here would be hell though...too hot anyway!
Haha, yeah it's only been getting up to 68 degrees Fahrenheit on the hottest days so far, which is insane hot. We're at 65 degrees North, which isn't as North as the Arctic circle, but North enough for sunset to occur at 11:44 tonight according to wunderground.
Definitely requires some thick curtains in the bedroom.
