how did you get you get your screen name?

Blodger = a play on the random alphanumeric digits on the registration/license plate that came with the car (BLJR).

You might think of some other words you could make up starting from that but I'd rather you didn't.

I've honestly got absolutely no idea, all I remember is I was just learning how to use a computer about 7yrs ago & had to think of a user name, I thought I was pretty smart being able to use the underscore function but why D_generate came to my head ?? But it's fairly appropriate so it's been used a fair bit along with Tiztom, Tizme, Libertysti, golum22222 and Pimpreza lol.

Saguache is a name of a region, county, mountain range and an Anglicization of a Ute word for a place. Just moved home to be closer to this place.

Changing one vowel can make a big difference.

Well ... "Ratbag" just seemed appropriate for a 64 y.o. ratbag.

I've been called far worse .

From what we have seen so far, looks like you're the Ratbag from Melbourne we do want to have around here! Look forward to hearing more about you past and future activities. Methinks you'l fit in well here. It's a pretty easy going forum here with no issues or flame wars.

A big thank you, mate. Nice to feel welcome.
BTW, check your messages ...

Look forward to hearing more about you past and future activities.

I have quite a few things planned. The "new", more suitable vehicle combined with a quite unexpected improvement in my general health both encourage me to get out more.

Experience is a great teacher ...
Mostly it has taught me not to do it again ... :rotfl:

That will suit me very well. Everyone is different, so of course, different things suit everyone. Flame wars are for children and very immature adults, IMNSHO. Nice to find a forum where they are non-existent!

Hi got mine from when i was doing Muay Thai Corsa play on my name Corey and the 79 is the year i was born. Use it for all my online names.

I'm a music major... In high school I happened to play a lot of instruments for a teenager. Calrinet, Sax, guitar, piano, drums.. I was told I could play any Species of instrument.. it kinda stuck...
that and I had a liking for the Pink Floyd song,
Several Species of Small Fury Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict.
I was a strange boy

lol ;)

I had a friend who could play any instrument she picked up. Amazing talent! Makes us average folks very jealous haha

have you tried a didgeridoo?

Right. This one goes back 20-odd years or so, but I'll risk showing my age to explain ;)

Back when I got my first, actual, oh-dear-God-it's-mine Unix account in 1991, machines were typically very heavily shared between a ton of users. My first name was normally taken, and I never liked the first-initial-plus-first-seven-characters-of-the-last-name convention. All that that got me was an eight-letter username that was a complete pain in the arse to type in every time I wanted to login.

So I went with my initials. It's a combination that's not commonly-used, and quick to type. That's all there is to it, really

Back in high school i was a little overweight, i turned up at school one day in what i thought was a cool brown jumper, turns out my mates thought i looked like a wombat in it, and the name has since stuck to me.

Later on in life they say i have the name because i eat, roots and leaves:P

I have! I can't circular breath, but I can play.... in 20 sec bursts. Don't worry, I marvel at those who can engineer a locking diff for subies ;)
