MUSIC who listens to what

Does anyone like Richard Cheese - Lounge Against the Machine?

There's plenty of his stuff on YouTube. I got a kick out of it.

This the first time I've ventured into the off-topic section!

I'm into metal of all shames and sizes, from old black metal to power metal. I actually play in a power metal band called Knightmare (anyone who's seen my Foz knows there's a big sticker on the back for it), so might as well do a bit of a plug for that:

we're on the market for a drummer if anyone knows anyone haha. We also have an album coming out soon, er there might be some stuff to listen to on there. But yeah basically that's what I'm into.

A few years ago, I got into "modern classical" I guess you could call it. It's pretty much fast paced music with classical instruments playing alongside modern instruments. Fantastic stuff. Here are a few groups/bands from that genre:

- E.S. Posthumus
- Corner Stone Cues
- Two Steps From Hell
- Globus/Immediate
- Les Friction

Other than that, mainly rock. I get on some electronic music kicks from time to time. Pretty much anything that has a really good beat that isn't Rap or Country, I'm happy with.

Currently listening to The Offspring - Why Don't you get a Job! :D Also going through a Greenday phase :P

Sick of most of the modern crap at the moment.... Sick of the older rock musoc, need something different. Any suggestions?
Kinda blew my sub in the foz too as I had it too loud a few too many times and it couldn't keep up. lol Probably explains why I'm starting to have hearing issues.

I know what you mean mate.
I tend to go through the same type of phases.

As for something different, how about Evanescence & their album "Fallen" from a couple of years ago ?

Here's a song maybe you have never heard before:

For the story behind the song, go here:

Blows me away every time I hear it, and think of the story and simple title of the song collaborated by these talented people. Hope you enjoy :)

I just picked this up the other day, Awesome!!! Oh, what a voice she has.
Yes it's a great album indeed.

If you think she has a great voice on the album, thats nothing. Trust me.
Wait till you hear her sing live :iconwink:

When I saw them live a couple of years ago, it blew me away

I have been listening to the Black Keys on my way to work today and loving the 'Gold On The Ceiling' track.

Had to dust this one off and reflect on the Boston situation. Hell, more like the whole American situation.

On a slightly lighter note, this has been my default Fozzy soundtrack lately...
