PICTURE POST: your favorite off-road shot!

So this is probably the last time you see her....

At this height. 2" Lift is in the garage awaiting installation from when I get back from my trip in about a week. Add to that new tires, some LED goodness (yes, we are talking 10,000+ Lumens), new(er) suspension, and some other cosmetic happiness.

Pic was taken about 30 minutes north of my house behind the Ski Resort in the vast wilderness that is this great state of Colorado.

@ BlueFox, is that out Hermosa Park Rd behind (old) Purgatory ? I only went a little ways out there, to some trailhead. I guess I'll have to explore a little more some other time.

staying on a Colorado theme , Ophir Pass road, descending the east side.

YESS!!

We had to take the OBS (my leggo is not sounding so good). Leaving Silverton, CO towards the Alpine loop we got to Eureka (where the dirt rd turns into a 4x4 rd for a couple miles) a little then turned back before it got too real for the loaded OBS (with kids ;)...

(saw a Marmot in that mine shaft above the car ;)

These are off the main rd at a dead mining operation. The alpine loop looks sweet, especially the back side dropping into Ouray!! I hope to get the legacy out there sometime!! :lildevil:

@ dajeepman, I look forward to your report and pix of the alpine loop and lake city, etc! ;)

Not a great quality shot, but a screen cap from a video... wasn't anything extreme (I was alone, no self-recovery gear besides sand tracks) but still pretty fun.

That was a little hill, about 8m vertical, all sand. Pretty steep, but the Grabbers did well on first gear and it didn't even seem hard for the Fozzie :D

Heres my new fav off road shot. its on a beach in eastern Victoria (thats right victoria) its my mates forester with maxxis AT and lifted springs and my jimny. we had a real battle getting there due to all the mud but it was an absolute blast and was good to finally test out the jimny (went well but cant wait for the tyres)

That means you have a dual range in your Subi...1,45:1 or 1,59:1 ?
