Got dogs?

Genuinely very sorry for your loss. Dogs are like family members and I can't say its much, if any easier than losing family.

My sincere condolences to you. I've been down that path and its about as tough as it gets.

She looked a beautiful dog. I'm sure she'll continue to be your guardian and protector in one form or another. May she rest in peace.

Sorry to hear Mr Turbo, it's like losing part of your family. Treasured memories and pictures I bet.
Kind regards, Scooby2

Thanks guys it's very much appreciated.

More than a mans best friend for sure.
She sure was.

I'll never ever, ever forget the time she saved my life, when she jumped up & pushed me out of the way of a vehicle that I didn't see nor hear.

I think thats why it hurts so much.
I just wish I could've returned that favour. But unfortunately I couldn't.

Yes she was & I'm sure she will.

Treasured memories and pictures I bet.
Thats something that nobody can take away me, is the memories.

Speaking of which, this is probably my favourite one of Springer with her best mate Jerry.

 Very, very sorry to hear of your loss mr T. Springer I'm sure had a wonderful life and was lucky to have had you there.

My deepest condolences,

Thanks carljwnc.

Oh Mr T, I am so sorry to hear that news .
I've been through that many times. Always an extremely hard decision to make. It doesn't get any easier, either.

IMHO, it is the last great act of love we can bestow on our beloved companion creatures. Uncivilised that we cannot do this for our human companion creatures when the time comes.

With a heavy heart & many a tear thats flowing I'm typing something I wish I never had to

As some of you would know, my puppy Springer hasn't been at her best.

Well earlier today it was time. Time for her & me (together with her best mate Jerry) to say our goodbyes :cry:

And all I can say is that it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
I'm just so glad I was there, with her & holding her, right till the end.

Shes now is in a happy place called Rainbow Bridge

Thanks again guys.

I think tomorrow will be a hard day though.
Especially for Jerry, in particular as I drive out the drive way & leave for work.

The one thing I'm going to miss is her not greeting me at the door when I get home :(
I think thats when it's going to really hit me :sadbanana:

We have had an invasion of tics, so while we spent 4 hours de bugging our poor puppy, I took a couple of snaps.

So here is Mason

This my pup, he is our guard dog as my wifes dog is a silly little thing that is deaf and barks at ghosts .
he is not normally allowed inside so he is a little nervous in the photo, he is also a snake killer and has a known count of 26 (thats the bodies we have found)with 4 of them being brown snakes and 1 of them he saved me from because the bugger was about to get me when my boy got it. Amazingling 2 of the browns have bitten him and he is still here, he wasnt a happy boy for a day or so after but he bounced back.
As for breed we have no idea we saved him from the pound.

And as a side note Mr T I am sorry for your loss, as far as companions go dogs are the most loyal and love unconditionally and that is hard to lose. I dont know what I would do without my boy.

Thanks OutbackOiler :)

He reminds me of my baby, Springer, when she was a just a little puppy :)

Mason is a beauty & sounds like a real life saver

Mr Turbo

Here is our other dog, his name is Angus and he is a Cavelier King Charles Spaniel. Unfortunatley his breed did not come with brains, he may be pretty but someone replaced his brain with a walnut seriously you can look into his eyes and there is nothing going on

That being said I dont know what we would do without him and he is one of the most fantastic dogs for kids, he couldnt hurt a fly.

He's a beauty OutbackOiler :)
Yes they have a wonderful nature, especially for & around kids :iconwink:

Looks like he really has pride of place there near the door too :raz:
