Stilson they are excellent. It's amazing how different it looks over there when the sun is setting to here in Aus!

Thats probably because its a Sunrise not a Sunset. I'm not used to seeing them over here in the west either.

An awesome day hike to do for those in the US Northeast: a Mt. Katahdin sunrise climb.

Having a little cup of coffee at the first summit, watching the sunrise (At the point that picture was taken, the sun was high already. I'm on the right, those that are blurred are my friends with whom I did the hike)

I love watching clouds change with light...

These shots were taken from our guest room..

First the upper left...looks like an prehistoric eagle..

morphs into a pegasus..

then Godzilla with his arm up..

and finally a monkey skull face donning a wig...creepy...

this all happened in a few minutes..

Yes the light does make clouds look, at times, magic & amazing.

I can see Godzilla alright. Looks like he's just waiting for a plane to fly past, so he can swat it

I the other one, it almost looks like E.T as he was saying "phone home, phone home."
