Outback economy

I love the outback, I was driving down the highway this morning at around 120kmh and my instant fuel economy was hovering between 4.8L/100km and 5.6/100km. :biggrin:

YEs, yesterday I had to go Melbourne (Eastern side) to Geelong to collect replacement transmission/front diff unit (from wreckers) for his Toyota Tercel - yes Retro 4WD car! We were operating between 4.00 and 5.2/100 at 100kmph dependent on wind/rain and incline.

I have been keeping a moniter on the fuel consumption since I bought the car and have worked out that in the last 4500km I have averged 6.4l/100km, best vehicle I have ever bought
