I would be all over Pavement is for Pussies! I think it's far better than any of the other slogans proposed. I'm a fan of alliterations.

And I would put the tagline above the URL, like this:

Pavement is for Pussies
Offroad Subarus.com

So would I.

It's catchy & simply brilliant  It's got my vote for sure. :raz:

I've dona a quick photo chop to see what it looks like on my Forry & the more I see it, the more I like it.

Well done Hondaslayer

I'm not usually a fan of window banners. But this I would totally go for.

I like the slogan - but:

"Pavement" in this context is an Americanism.

"Pavement" in British & Aussie English means footpath (sidewalk).

To interpret then: "The Footpath is for Cats"

So, I would hope that most pussies would be on the pavement otherwise they may get run over by the cars that are on the road!

On the other hand... "tar" is what you guys in Oz refer to as pavement (as we call it)?

Here, tar is what you put on your roof to keep it from leaking...

Yeah, just think how boring life would be if we all spoke the same language.

Personally I like the word 'Tarmac'. Seems like it might be a little more universal. 'Tarmac is for Pussies' doesn't work as well though.

Keep em' coming, we still have a month to figure it out!!!:)

To pinch a tag from the USYD bushwalking society, how about:

We know you lot are upside down but we were just staying quiet about it.

I agree 100%.
I don't vote for it, no offense, but it just sounds like a cheap slogan that you could get at a $2 shop, and any four wheel drive could slap it on. (yes I know it would have the URL in there, but still)

I think it has to come back to being about Subaru. Many good ideas here, but for similar reasons that I've explained above. They don't have anything to do with subaru, they're just made up slogans which are telling it how it is. If I'm going to have one on my car I'd want it witty and relating to subaru being off road.

EDIT:
I like this one though :)

Anybody want to get back to Beigwagon's line?

Flat Four, Not Flat Footed!
Offroad Subarus.com

Obvious Subaru reference, unless you drive a Porsche. And I think that one works in Aussie, British, and American English.

Works for me, but I guess it leaves out the H6 folks.

Heaps of great ideas, I like lots of them, and am sure that we will come up with something that suits us all in time.

Keep up the good work.

Beigewagon.
