Beigewagon, I like the idea of a slogan. Especially if it's yours. I was one of the many commenters about it on ORS.com v1.0.

"Flat four, not flat footed." It rarely gets any more brilliant than this!

It's a good one but it doesn't work for all members... "Flat Six, not flat..."

Maybe "Offroad Subarus.com - Doing it flat out"

Cheers
Garry

Spinners, the idea with country behind the address, would the countries be filled white of clear. I guess they will be white outlined and white writing, come to think of it.

 You got it. What you see as black in the examples, would appear as white sticker. The rest would be clear.

Here are some more

I don't think the countries behind those stickers^ work, only because of the 'WORLD' word in there. Looks funny saying world and there is only a country behind it... Thoughts?

Yeah, I've been looking at them through out the day and each time I do, I like them less and less.

I'll play around with the first one this evening but have the crank and pistons in between "ors.com" and "our world..."

I agree with Bumpty, I also think the country maps might be difficult to reproduce on a two part sticker, but I don't know this for sure.

I would also worry about using 'Our World is Flat' since ultimatesubaru.org is using it. They may not have it trademarked or anything, but it is their slogan/design, there is some crossover members too. Just don't want to ruffle any feathers.

If we have a slogan that goes on the sticker aswell then how about this?

Excellent spinners and mr turbo!!!

spinners, I've always loved the "Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome" in your sig.
mr turbo, your getting to the point of what makes a Subaru so great. Swiss Army knife of vehicles.

Well, after a day having a good think about another sticker design, I got to thinking about what it is about all of us and why we are all here taking part in this Forum.

We all like, in one form or another, doing things to and in our Subarus either in the bush on a track in the outback in the mud, snow, ice or rain.

We like packing up the back of the cargo area with tents and camping gear, hanging a few bikes on the roof or off of the back and having a ball somewhere, anywhere apart from our day to day grind.

So how about this for a design:

Tagging along with a few thoughts:

offroadsubarus.com
TAR SUCKS!

offroadsubarus.com
For the Dirty Minded

offroad subarus.com
Mud is my Friend

offroadsubarus.com
Doing it in the Dirt

offroadsubarus.com
Because!

I do have a "pavement is for pussies" sticker on the back of my Outback, might not be a very pc tagline though

I would be all over Pavement is for Pussies! I think it's far better than any of the other slogans proposed. I'm a fan of alliterations. And I'm not an adherent of the PC movement. :lildevil:

And I would put the tagline above the URL, like this:

Pavement is for Pussies
Offroad Subarus.com

A good tagline is much more likely to draw attention. So let's put it first. Once we have people's attention, then we can give them the URL to off-road Subaru nirvana. ;)
