Hey Guys,
As promised some initial pics as purchased.

162k MY04 XS Forester Luxury Spec

Build Plans
Just ordered bash plate
soon to order 2" sumo lift.
Quick sway disconnect.
Getting complete service tomoro (all fluids changed etc)
Shopping for tyres atm
way down the track, stereo

only issues to fix (that I know of) that centre diff whine (smurfs blood), and sunroof can be troublesome and stop working and require reset (havent confirmed best approach)...

Other than that seems good.

My 05 Outback has a sunroof.
If I was ordering a car from the dealer I wouldn't bother with it.
The only time I use it is on balmy evenings, and there is too much whine from the wind in my roof rack to bother at anything above 30 kmh anyway.
 
Now it's my turn not to see any pics :sadbanana:

"Oil grey" is the only proper colour for a car interior, IMHO ... :iconwink: :lol:.

I can see them in Opera, but not in IE8 or Firefox :shrug:.

Good to see your already at it with the Subaru lovin' (UEC and additive on the passenger seat :))
 
Looks good. I agree with taza, if I'd lifted and fit bigger tires out the gate I probably wouldn't have damaged the exhaust and needed replacing with a straight through noise maker
 
UPDATES:
Scoob has a lot of love, complete service=
every fluid changed and replaced with top quality gear
all belts changed inc. timing belt.
Upper engine cleaner

Also fitted my subaxtreme bash plate.

Nearly there!
All thats left is lift (on its way), tyres and quick disconnect for front & rear sway bars
