King Springs.

I have just been talking to Chris at Industrial springs to confirm some details and i will soon be ordering a set of their raised HD springs for F&R.
The springs are approx 25% heavier than OEM with a 25mm lift.
Price approx (forgot already!!) $195 a pair and about $20-25 postage.
As it turns out Chris has an Outback and knows this site and has been 'getting around' to joining.

I have just ordered my new front and rear springs. Rears are in stock and fronts will be made and sent when ready.
I went for their raised (25mm) HD ones and total cost, per pair, is $176.64 which includes postage.
Chris has given me a discount and is offering a good price to members of ORS on any of their products.
More details will follow but he can be contacted on
sales@industrialsprings.com.au
and his name is Chris Coxon.

I went to the workshop next door to where i work and asked him how much to fit F & R springs and he quoted $280. I thought this was quite reasonable and on the way home called into the local Subie dealer (Taree) and told him how much. He offered to do it for the same price.
Contrast this with my quote for fitting new shockies from the Cairns Subaru dealer when i was up in Qld.....$650!!
For all practical purposes this is much the same job.
I might split this work and see what i think of each of them but am tempted to go with the Subie bloke.
