I replaced up & down steam o2 sensors and MAP about a year ago, I used aftermarket sensors and ended up changing both O2 sensors to Subaru parts but still running aftermarket MAP sensor. Probably the problem, Subarus don’t seem to like the aftermarket electrical parts I’ve found!!

Now I'm just awaiting delivery of a replacement for my original flakey OBD2 transmitter. Should arrive in the next week.
It takes as long to get from Australia Post to me as it took to get from China to having cleared Australian Customs ...
I just use an old craftsman OBD reader it tells & clears codes but it’s not very advanced, kind of primitive, just gives basic info definitely need an updated one
