G’day there!

Anyone have any suggestions for improving driving comfort / reducing the bumping and jostling that comes with carting a moderate amount of stuff around? I’m cogitating replacing the springs, are there any particular brands around that would allow me to do this as well as increase the ground clearance?

All the best,
Alex

:welcome: , Alex.

While the replacements for my dead rear self-levelling suspension didn't lift from standard, they certainly improved handling, comfort and load 'resistance'

They are variable rate, heavy duty Pedders strut assemblies.

However, your 2011 model Forester has totally different rear suspension from my model.

puting new struts mught just solve problem, though i was going 120-140 speed on my non standard lifted 7cm on just struts and i dont have a lot problems at that speed with rear sway bar eemoved just front in place. though its not like most stable car ou there for sure at that speed if road gets uneven at that speed car starts to swing more then i would like . but noone lifts subarus 7cm just on struts... i do.
