Hi Ben, thanks for your interest. The blower flue is not fixed, It is a loose fit into the side of the stove, ie it can swing around. I have used an electronic fan speed controller to manage the heat output, which works well.

The blower assembly Is removeable and can be used to get any fire rampant. I use the blower in my workshop wood heater to crank it up, if it is sluggish. The blower delivers a high air volume, at low speed.

Sweet. What did you use for the fan? I'm guessing the battery is a phone battery extender type of thing?

Edit: Just found this on Ebay, looks like it might do the same sort of thing.
All the others I've found have square nozzles for the output.

Hi Ben, It uses a ~$3 laptop fan off aliexpress, Duct is 19mm stainless steel closet rail. Yes battery is a single cell phone extender. As it is usb, stove can use any usb power supply.
