I really cant be buggered cooking so anything fast is good lol. Fettuccini bolognese, Thai green curry, beef stew in a slow cooker, grilled chicken or fish. My GF even has me eating steamed veg with packet pasta on the side ;)

Italian food- simply the best. By a country mile.

Love Italian food...mmmm

A nice piece of beer battered fish (Flathead) can be very nice too :iconwink:

Love beer battered fish, flatties are one of my favourites, both to catch & eat

I'll have to side w/ Rally on that one. Looooove Italian!

Ditto :)

Real mexican food (or texmex even) is right at the top of my list. If you're anywhere north of Dallas though, regardless of what you think, the mexican food eslewhere is CRAP!

LOVE Mexican food, although that is Aussie style & I'm guessing pretty different from authentic Mexican. Burritos are my favourite :monkeydance:

Those cajuns down in the bayou also make some tasty grub - as long as you don't ask too many questions about what you're eating!

Never had Cajun, have heard some interesting meats are used lol ;)

Mmmm...yummo :lildevil:

Gotta agree with the italian and mexican. I also love spicy too. Chilli con carne mmm.

Get yourself a pressure cooker, once you learn how to use it it's one of the best and fastest ways to cook.....stews, soups, spag bol, and the tastiest roast beef (cheap topside) you'll ever eat, I can fill mine to the brim with whole spuds & carrots and they are cooked just right in 5min, take them out and throw a little oil over them and chuck in the oven to brown while the 2kg cheap roast turns into the softest meat ever after about an hour, great for singles.
