need advice for lift. 98-00 model

So much awesome info here thank you guys so much!! I think I'm going to check out the gearbox that also has awd.

Can you guys help me out with another question though? After looking around I think I want a 2inch frame lift, and 2 inch suspension lift. This will make my foz similar to a jeep grand Cherokee's height. How should I go about doing this? What stock parts will need to be replaced for safety?

You are already looking at a 2" suspension lift, the 2" frame lift wont add to that, it will just drop your engine/gbox/diff lower and relax your driveshaft angles.

Have a look at what Sumo is doing, IIRC he may be making a 2" body lift.

Ah okay thank you. But aren't the ironmans only 1.4 to suspension? Would it be worth having the ball joints replaced with some heavier duty ones while the mechanic is down there? (my car hasn't had the ball joints replaced and is at 60,000 miles)

The ironmans will most likely sag to 1" and the subtle blocks are also 1". Total =2"

I don't know enough about HD ball joints to give you an answer on that but I wouldn't personally be replacing them at this stage unless the car has been rallied or there is play in them.

Working on it right now infact. Building 2" body lift and 3" and 4" strut lifts.

Will post in another section, dont want to hijack someone elses thread.
