Was going home from the office tonight when a deer jumped out in front of me, stopped, then jumped straight up as i was hitting it..It flew about 30ft into a ditch on the side of the road where it lay mangled and twitching. I felt horrible for the deer as this was one of the few times i wasn't carrying my handgun. I could've put it out of it's misery right then, but couldn't.
It missed my bumper completely, but smashed my hella's, the grill and my hood in. Fortunately, it still latches, so i can drive it until i find a body shop i want to take it to. Poor Rooo, breaks my heart to see her like this
It snapped the top clips of the radiator loose, but the metal going across the front is somewhat wedged over it holding it in place. Luckily there's no leaks as far as i can tell. Yet....
