Jono's 2005 Outback H6

Hi all!

Thought I'd start a thread on my baby, and show a couple of the minor mods I've done...it pales in comparison to what many of you have done, but thought I'd show off my baby anyway.

Purchased in 2011, with 103,000 on the clock...she's been fantastic! Love the power of the H6, it absolutely flies!

Setting her up as a tourer, most for camping trips with my wife and I.

So far I've added;

Thule crossbars
Rola Vortex rack
Subaru deep dish rubber mats (already had a full sized boot tub added)
Custom Neoprene black seat covers
Forester XT-P rims with Geolandar G95 - hopefully some A/T-S when I can afford them!

The wheels were the most recent mod, mostly as the stock OEM rims were not looking great cosmetically, and I wanted something to stand out from the crowd...so if anyone wants a set of the OEM 17 OB rims, hit me up... :)

Some pics...

When I picked her up from the dealers...

And some shots with the new rims fitted down at St Kilda tonight...

Eyeing off the Subtle 1" lift kits...any issues with these and the stock suspension? I want a little more clearance, but haven't got funds for a full on shocker change yet...

A 1" lift should be fine - you'll have to do an alignment afterwards. You probably wont need camber bolts - you can contact subtle, they'll be able to advice you on what you need.

The Subtle 1" lifts are very popular. Im not sure bout the OB...some models have weird rear suspension, lol, but I think the '05 is fine. A wheel alignment is essential anytime you do anything to suspension...
