What are all the wires sticking out from the ash tray?

Heres the day light update on my 03 XS. The only thing its missing is a skid plate to get it where I really want it. My most recent project was to paint the rims since my center caps where flaking off. I finally bought my grabbers at2s which have soo much grip. Unfortunately my right rear grabber has already caught on the mud guard so I've had to do some tripping already. Over the summer I picked up the Yakima loadwarrior roof basket for dirt cheap, I love craigslist. I also added the hella 1000's on the front of the basket which thanks to an amazon miss price got for 17 dollars . On the back of the basket I added some cheap walmart fogs as utility lights for mainly camping. One of the fogs has already died, guess you get what you pay for. I also added the cobra CB radio and a firestick antenna on the basket which works very well except for a little interference from the stereo. I used a trailer wiring kit for the lights on the basket so I could quick disconnect the basket which has already come in handy. I figured I would update you guys on my forester since I've been working on it!
