Another possible ban on bull bars

Not that it was ever about banning bull bars of course, just meeting a standard for impacts on 'swine' - which is what 'Roothy' and his mates in the 4X4 mags consider pedestrians. On a walk through town at lunchtime I saw 2 bars on fleet vehicles that would've complied. Storm in a tea cup generated by the 'I want to weld up whatever I like and drive around the burbs with it on the front of my car' brigade.
