First thing you did to your Scoob when you got it?

Four days ago I picked up my baby up at the dealership. Before I left the dealership, I personally replaced the stock mats with new rubber mats and drove home! Got to be good to your baby. Take care of your baby, your baby takes care of you!!!! lol

First thing I did modification wise was put mud flaps on the front arches (rears were standard). That started a long list of modifications and accessories.

Regards,

Joel

Hey Ors'ers,

The first thing I did was detail the XT. Paintless dent guy, leather die guy and scratch touch up guy. Then I Armoralled interior and shampoo'd it.

Next tried a 3-M headlight lens polish kit. Best I've used so far. Then got some PIAA extreme white bulbs for headlights and fog lights. Last thing was a K& N filter and scratch polish on anything else I could find. The Subie is look'n pretty clean.

exhaust, still working on the intake having a 2.5" inlet made for the std air box, then a 3" snorkel. 2" lift is on the way and then an ecb nudge bar to hang some lights on.

well my Forester was my first car that I purchased back in 2008.

First thing was to take it for an absolute thrashing out bush. Then a week later spent about a grand on a compressor, recovery gear and a UHF. Not long after that I got some tires of SKT and she's pretty much stock now. Done a lot of damage, a few clutches, broken axles etc so any of the work I do on the car is just keeping her on the road.

Ordered a new starter motor today...so just another thing I gotta do :p

I drove from southern California to Prescott Arizona to pick mine up:) then straight to Joshua tree for 4 days for some camping and climbing, then got skid plates a week or so later:)

First thing I did was wash it, next upgrade the headlight wiring & globes & fixed a leaking radiator overflow hose.
2nd thing was a trip to Walhalla where I put numerous dents in her belly & came so close to wiping out on trees in that infamous climb. With severely worn shocks & sagging springs, it was an out of control ride that nearly ended in disaster. New shocks, springs & Geolander AT-s followed, replacing the Crapstone POS tyre.
Next was a SubaXtreme sump guard...being so brittle it didnt last long. I now have a much better Crossbred sump guard
