Oh we get that too. Thats why i drive if I can get there in 12hrs by car, since it is almost the same as flying with the parking, check in, baggae check, full body cavity search, deboarding, getting the luggage and finding your way out of the airport.

On my trip to the US last november I noticed (after being stung $25.00 for checked baggage per bag) how large everyone's carry on bags were - literally the size of my checked backpack. No questions asked! I also picked up on the grubbiness of the plane's interior - to say you had to peel your arm off the arm rest is an understatement!

I've flown Virgin quite a bit - love their service. On a flight to WA I got a rum at 6.30am! Couldn't do that on the ground!

Vaustralia was good as well. We flew with them to and from the US. Great service!

Heard nothing but good things about Virgin and my flight up was with them. All good and no sneaky extra charges.:iconwink:
