Thank you for sharing your experience on this. You made the trip from east to west (and west to east) in 2.5 (and 3 days) - I guess you drive almost non-stop?
I'm not sure if I can carry 5 jerri can for the fuel on the Forrester though... I will see how much I have to carry when the time comes but I will definitely take one....
