I love to get mine offroad and dirty...but then i take as much pride in having it look nice and shiny.
I am pretty fussy when it comes to my car....just ask the poor bodyshop who have had to deal with me after my wife put a minor dent in the guard and they didnt do the job up to the standard I expect (unfortuantly for them my job is to teach painters how to paint!!!)
 
I spent 20 mins getting my car covered in mud on my way home from work just last week and then spent 2 hours cleaning all the mud off it with my two year old son. And I loved doing both! But yeah mud under the/in the engine bay just keeps appearing.
 
^ now there's a good idea - a 2 yo with nappies would make a great buffer! :lol:
