I'm in the market for a Forester XT, just curious if anyone is planning on selling theirs?

Just needs to fit these requirements:
2003 - 2008 (SG)
Manual
Sunroof + Leather

Located in melbourne, but I'm willing to travel.

The series 2 is a better vehicle, IMO. That is, 2006 to 2008 models.

And :welcome: to the forum.

Thanks :)

I've just always loved the look of the pre facelift SG's, the series 2 has grown on me though.

Only because it's a better engine.. That's the only mechanical difference isn't it? :)
I don't like the headlights on the Series II.

Strengthened sub-frames (particularly at the front). Three spoke steering wheel (personal - I really cannot work four spoke steering wheels). The headlights on the series II are four bulbs, not two, and while not separately adjustable like my Austin Kimberley, they do have reasonable reach and spread.

And the engine is a LOT better! The series I is just gutless (naturally aspirated engines) by comparison. I don't know what differences, if any, there are with the turbo donks.

Otherwise, a few little niceties throughout the vehicle. I looked at a few series I SGs before I took Roo2 for a test drive. The differences were stark.
