Speed Alert

I have recently bought an 03 XS and notice it doesn't appear to have a speed alert. Does anyone have any thoughts about installing one?

I think you are better off getting a GPS which will show your true speed rather than the speedo speed - car speedo's are allowed to show +4% plus 10 kph!

You can set a speed alert on some GPS as well

cant say id be relying on a GPS for that sort of accuracy with speed. Just drive with the wife in the car - works for me

:lol: ha ha ha very funny. i threw away a whole set of encyclopedias because my missus knew everything. seriously gps is extreamly accurate with a good quality unit:ebiggrin:

You can also get the fixed speed cameras and red light cameras as well so the gps beeps well before you get to them.
