Is wheel offset a measure from the hub out? i.e. 48 = 48mm from hub face to outter rim? or from the wheel nut face to the outter rim

Need to know what offset rim will fit under the Ob

cheers

ahh ok thanks

im looking at an offset of 55 - impressa rims
I recon it will be fine on the OB - as they tend to not fill out the guards anyway. read something here a week or so back about US spec OB wheels being wider than AUS spec...

anyway 7mm outward...ill have a closer look at the car and see...

cheers

Those wheels will be 7mm closer to the struts. Wide tires on those wheels may rub. But that can easily be fixed with 3 mm spacers. I have run them with no issues. Just don't buy the cheap ones. 5 mm and larger spacers require longer studs.

Good luck,

because they are actually 1/2" wider rims, they would actually be 19mm closer to the struts... hmm not so plausible
