Day 1. Operation: Leggy will live.

Well, day one is over. ive been working more or less by myself all day. Two of my friends have been here all day. they haven't done a whole lot. Taking an engine out is more or less a one man job anyway. However the engine is out. 190k on it and it finally starting doing bad things. I pulled the head off of it and there was oil standing in a puddle in the number 3 piston. My biggest clue was the massive amount of oil blowing out of my exhaust. Anyway, that's my day. Conclusion is, running old engine with no exhaust on it will fry piston rings. If my camera will work pictures to come.
 
Day two is over. i got most of the engine torn apart and got the block to a machine shop. Ordered new parts which includes a stroker kit, that will be fun. Thats about all that happended today. Oh! camera still not working right, hopefully pics to come.

especially if its not mine :)
 
Can you tell me what is happening when you try and post pics?

Also, are they hosted some where, Photobucket etc., or are you trying to attach them directly through the forum?
