Hitting my first 6000 miles

Taking my 24 Wildy for its first oil change next week. Noticed the oil level was maybe a quart over filled from the start. It dropped to within the normal range & has stayed there since 3000 miles. Also noticed my exhaust is covered with surface rust after the catalytic converter including the muffler. A bit unusual being 6 months old and looking at Subies on the road…. mine looks terrible compared to most everyone. I’ll bring it up to the service dept but know they will throw me some excuses. I drive 60 miles a day highway when I take it to work & it’s garage kept. Let’s see what they tell me.
