Got doors that simply won't stay open? It means the nylon pieces in your door check are worn. This fixed the problem easy and cheap! $7 from Aliexpress for 2 doors. Took about 15mins per door. DIY method on youtube . Now my doors stay open like brand new again . White are the old ones, black are new.

Thanks Lefty. Have ordered 8 for my SH saggy doors. no more bashed shins in the wind :)
 
All joking aside, Roo2 could certainly benefit from some of these.
The driver's side door in particular.
 
I've ordered two sets of these.

Also some DRLs for Roo2, and LEDs for the internal lights for both cars.

Grand total of about $30 ...
 
@lefty, nowhere does it mention that you have to pull the entire door lining apart to get at the blocks!

Makes what sounds like a 5 minute job into a half day job, per door!
Unless I'm missing something simple here ... Always a possibility ... 😲.

It appears that the bloke didn't know that you can buy the chocks separately.
 
I did this a few months ago...but I bought whole new door checks from Partsouq because I was buying some other stuff as well. Cost about $16 for each rear door and about $19 for each front. While I had the door skins off I also replaced the window stabiliser assemblies: these are the pads that stop the window going all flappy when you open and close the door. All up cost was about $200 including freight to have all doors and windows operating like new.

??? were you going extra careful? Pulling the door card off the clips always feels like you're about to break something
