Forester Clutch replacement Goulburn area

heyo
does anyone know a motor mechanic or shop than does Subaru clutch replacements in the Goulburn NSW area
the hand full i have asked for quotes either don't want to do it want to charge $3300 ?? to change a clutch,,,,i could buy a whole other Subaru for that much...

that's crazy prices.
I'd be expecting less than $1500.

Say $4-500 for a clutch, sundry parts (rear main seal etc) maybe another $100, and a few hours on a hoist or with an engine crane.

I think the $3300 is the 'don't want to do it' price.

If you've got some handy mates with tools, its not a hard job. Easy to knock over in a day in the driveway.
