ive finally got started on making my custom light bar, ive been tryin to start some of it at work wen thers a bit of spare time but weve been workin flat out, i finally got sum time on fridy arvo, heres what ive made so far..
this was the first prototype just to see if it worked.
this was my bending jig that a made up out of an old bearing, worked a treat.
this is what it turned out like, ive still got a fair bit to make, this is just two parts out of a few. the right hand side vertical bit is the part that will connect to a bar just in front of the radiator, and the left hand side sort of like wraps from between the bumper up to the grill, ill take sum more fotos later what it looks like on the car :ebiggrin: there is two parts here in foto.

Looks great mav!!! Also looks like it should be pretty solid, git 'er wired up!!!
