G'Day,
The shoue on my Forry are wearing out and I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with Yokohama AT/R GO12. I've heard they are great off road (we go camping and into the Blue Mountains regularly) whilst not compromising too much on road. Standard 215/60/16 size on factory alloys.

:)Cheers.

G'day lespo & :welcome: to ORS.

I have those tyres (GO12) on my Forry (in 215/65/16 though) & am very happy with them. They're great both on & offroad. :)

Regards
Mr Turbo

hey Lespo, welcome mate. not sure about the AT-R's? wasn't too keen about them. but I've got the AT-S's and now i quite like them. don't think you can get the AT-R's anymore???

G'day Eden, thanks for the welcome. Your right the brochure confirmed that the latest offering from Yoko are actually AT-S. The cheapest I've been quoted is $213 for each tyre fitted & balanced and $66 for a front and rear alignment. I dont think I can get better than that unless anyone can recommend someone.

Cheers:biggrin:

2nd that on the AT-S's,great on road especially in the rain and very capable off road.
I'd buy them again.

Have been driving the A/T-S since last year on my MY06 in stock size. Loved them in the winter. Much better than stock G900. They do well in heavy rain and on wet pavement. On-road is as good as the stockers. Off-road in grass fields and on dirt tracks vastly improved.

Only downside is that gas mileage may have suffered a bit. And having just sold my Forester (due to relocation to West Africa), I have only driven these about 12,000 miles, after which they are still in excellent shape.

I appreciate everyones feedback and experience with this tyre and they will definately be the ones that I'll be buying.

Cheers:ebiggrin:
