I consider myself very lucky in that I have, so far, never had any back or spine problems. Long may it last.My god, you guys are walking wrecks like me.

Get stuck into the Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother (1 - 2 Tablespoons) in a glass of water.Now in WA and my gout has surfaced. Bloody annoying.
