Forester moonroof stuck open SG Forester

Moonroof on my SG Foz cannot close the last 10cm either with the switch or the Allen key manually. It still opens fine so I don't think it's the motor. When closing it hits some resistance at the 10cm mark then opens again. With the Allen key I can feel this resistance but don't want to force it and damage something. Youtube fixes require the blind to be rolled back but because the glass is already open I cannot roll the blind back. I can't see anything blocking the tracks. spraying lube doesn't help. I need the car so don't want to drop off at the shop . Any links to DIY fixes please .

PS have you tried to "pulse" it forward i.e. press and immediately release the switch rather than press and hold.

It was simply a small bolt trapped in the track, works fine now

Maybe look for where that small bolt came from ... ?
