Ok...since I'm swapping stuff I'll be getting an alignment....but it got me thinking how to figure it out. Is there a Good camber for dummies to read somewhere? If I look at my strut on the ground, is there a way to figure out the camber that subaru was intending? Thanks!

No need for you to figure it out if you are getting an alignment - the specs are in the workshop manual ;)

True... I was thinking about coil spacer lifts and it bugs me that I don't get the math lol....
Workshop manual...hmmm...dont have one of those yet....

These...is there another way?

That's a strut top spacer a "coil spacer" is not recommended:

Oh good. Yes as @Kevin said, that's a strut top spacer. That particular one is a SubieLiftOz spacer, one of mine. It has camber & caster correction to keep the good handling. That's the best way to lift a Subaru

Goodness lol...I'm not an engineer but that looks sooooo sketchy lol! Probably Would gave tried it in high school though!

Strut spacers allready will be with camber and caster needed angle so its no worry for you.
If you wanna make it yourself, sadly i just did it from eye how i understood it and what iv read. If you dont understand that maybe you should not do it yourself.
Why you need separate threads for every question?

It's a learning process, something I'd like to learn so I can make them.Typically administrators like things organized And separate threads are eisier for people to find stuff. Is there a problem with it?

couldnt find info about camber there. but you need to move your strut inside as much as you can. its gonna be around 7cm inside . then you can change how you put it on it will depend will it go in side outside more or on sides.

I did merge 2 threads for struts; this one can stand alone.
