That's the problem with Australia, too small a market to bother about.
At least New Zealand gets Japan's hand-me-downs!

Ergo if they sell like hotcakes everywhere else, Australia might get them once demand overseas has been overtaken by supply.


Actually... is there a JDM forester wilderness? if so, there might be slightly more hope..

That's the problem, you have to bite the bullet and bring a few into the country.
Once people see them on the road and become accustomed to the look etc. then they will sell.
A faint heart never won a fair lady!
