My 16 year old 50L ED50 Evakool thought it was a full time freezer and would not turn off from the control so replacing the Danfoss thermostat with a new one did the job and the fridge now behaves itself. $114 incl $15 courier was a bit of a surprise but then I've never shopped for Danfoss thermostats before and the fridge owes me nothing.
