I swapped out my stock 225/60/R17 tyres for a set of Yokohama Geolander G015 tyres today.
I can confirm that by deflating the full sized spare a little and applying a small amount of force I was able to fit it into wheel well without any further modifications. All of the stock foam inserts etc and the rear cover fit with mm to spare.
So that's a confirmed yes - Geolander G015 225/65/R17 will fit in the wheel well of a 2014 SJ (NA) forester.
