Sway Bars on a lifted foz?

Hey everyone

What are the benefits / considerations on installing aftermarket kits like the one from whiteline? Onto a lifted (1.5”) 2014 forester?

the lift on my 2014 SJ is for fun and the few weekends when we head out onto the trails...

I cannot imagine AUD $ 787.11 worth of benefit on a lifted Foz ;-) I also imagine would be detrimental to off-roading.

I have had no front sway bar since about 2007 when the original one fractured going downhill in the dirt.
