Boy it quiet around here but ill try this anyway.
Looking to do some weekend trips from Syd. Go exploring round Turon NP. Be good to have second car (can get abit more adventurous with the trails(y)) if anyone is interested to come with? I'm just running an old xt with fat tyres and a skidplate so wouldn't be anything too crazy.

@temmah Cool beans. I'll let you know. This weekends looking abit washed out, so maybe next. Will have to see what the ten-day forecast says.
In march ill be going out to the shooters hill forestry trails fairly often too. Its mushroom season and my partner puts up with my adventure driving if there's a promise of foraging activities at the end. If that's any interest.

I just got a new puppy so i need to get a weekend pass from the misses.
 
They travel to a private camp through locked gates just past the Yerranderie ghost town. The numbers are limited to 10 registrations so club members would have priority and I expect they will definitely take the 10 spots but you could be a reserve. You would need to get in touch with the trip leader, Mark, who also happens to be the club President: president@subaruclub.com.au

An old one but a good one! It will be warmer this time! Night drive on Friday to a private property. Spend a few hours on Saturday morning doing a few small jobs and the remaining time is ours to relax. Party time Saturday night. Drive out Sunday. 5 hour night drive on Friday, no shops or fuel during the weekend, need 450km range and just normal tools and recovery gear. Tyres need to be in good condition. Tents and campers are suitable, also a bunkhouse but there is limited space. Flush toilets, bucket showers, 12v lights and gas BBQ. The property is 45 minutes beyond Yerranderrie. "

I know I'm a bit late to the party, however live in Sydney and always looking for people to head bush with. I also have an odd work schedule so often free for weekday missions as well.
