Downsides of subframe drop?

I'm contemplating doing a subframe drop on my 04 FXT. Wanted to hear from anyone that runs one if there's any big downsides I should be aware of?

@SightsSet I suppose if you use a well proven body lift kit like @NachaLuva SubieLiftOz product there should be no downsides ;-)

Why do you want to do a subframe drop? It's not needed unless you are lifting 3" or more

I have a 2" lift right now with King raised springs and 235/75r15s. I'd like a little more clearance so I was thinking about going higher and dropping the frame. I'll shoot you an email.

Now I read that as a 2" lift using raised springs, instead of a 2"lift as well as raised springs.

too much ? give it to me ill try it . lol. that cant be that much , springs could give how much lift ? 2cm maybe. thats my league then i would be just fine there.
in all serious note normal people make their lift normal not like me .
but that person who asked need to understand what is frame drop, is then like 2'' strut lift and 2'' body lift , then you get same clearance under diffs still as 2'' but you get more space in middle of car.
