Largest Tire Size I can run on 99 SF?

I'm doing a 2' lift on my 99 Fozzy using strut and trailing arm spacers. Wondering what the smartest sizing of wheels and tires would be with still giving a nice off road look? It would be used for touring, some off roading and camping.
