Has anyone got any info on this for a 3.0L auto?

Mate's current gap from hub centre to edge of wheel arch is between 375 -380mm. Doesn't sound or look sufficient to me. His ride is "bouncy". He is often loaded up, with roof boot and towing a glider trailer.

Thank you very much, AB.

I've spent a fruitless 3+ hours looking for that diagram!

Now forwarded to my friend.

Now, the million dollar question - what to replace it with?

KYB make springs and shock absorbers to replace the Nivomat SLS.

Plus:

Anything else?

At 14 years old you may want to replace the top strut mounts while in there?

I can only guess 24348 is correct (as I don't have an Outback)

so you dont have online shop there where you just choose car model year and it will show you all parts for all prices there ? double check on those parts because sometimes even people who selling those dont know what fits .
as for strut mounts
i think our fronts are : 20320AG01A, 20320AA110, 20320AA100
our rear ones are : 20375AE00A, 20370AE00A, 20370AG00A

shocks i would put KYBS only , and for 3rd gen outback in rear people puting 2nd gen rear ones , as we have same thing in rear same all links, except cv axles and wheel bearings.
can use harder springs if you will carry loads in rear like most time , if you will drive empty car with them it will feel funny and hard , not comfortable around. oem spring with small 1-2cm spacer on top could be option for rear.

Problem was fixed today, with Kings Springs, new shocks and tops at rear. Full alignment. Service with Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40.

Roger is very happy, thusly far, but very busy ATM.

So its lifted from kings springs ?

Not the lifted springs. Standard height, heavier duty.

For more loads then. Ok . If it needed then sure.
