Ficon australia steering wheel

Hey i just recently bought three Subaru L series off a farm and in the back seat of one was a ficon Australia wheel and ive tried to research it but i cant find anything and i as just curious if anybody knew any info on them, thanks

Is it a car wheel or a farm implement wheel? There is a "fecon" but they seem to make very heavy forestry equipment.
