Rotating Banners

Been working on restoring the rotating banners so you may see some "strange" things happening at times

i will do test but its all about that it was fine before and its fine on other sites, so not sure what causes it , and those random pictures on top now are normal ? you put them there ? but they look wierd kinda resized and sometimes in wrong size . and where you choose pictures what will go on there , like who chose those ? i like pictures btw
i thinks that loading its because those pictures on top as when i press whats new it takes time to load and pictures on top changes everytime.

@scalman - I moved your post here and as you will see that it is a work in progress. The internet is generally slowing down because of people working from home. The pictures were used on the old web platform for a rotating banner. I want to update with some new pictures when I'm finished experimenting and I did call for new pictures nearly 2 years ago as you may know: https://www.offroadsubarus.com/threads/banner-design-competition.24/page-27#post-101578

I'll turn off the rotating banners for the time being to see what happens.

BTW - the rotating banners are not a part of the last site upgrade. They are a separate add-on.
While I work on the banners any member with admin privileges may see them.
