Haha, yes. They call them Toyota Forester, Mercedes Forester, Nissan Forester, etc.
That one has very similar lines with the Sportage. It's just one of those SUVs that are designed to look and ride high. I would assume that the underchassis of this has a huge overhang party, just like the Sorento, and the suspension travel is as non-forgiving, as well.
If Cadogan cut out all the bovine poop in his video's etc he would reach a larger audience.
I have only watched one of his video's and came to the conclusion that he likes the sound of his own voice, as opposed to getting the message across to his audience.
I agree, @subyroo, he has some good points but sometimes, the video becomes too long because of rants. When I watch his videos, I usually just skip to tech-related point which is sometimes, 5 to 7 minutes into the clip. In that Seltos clip, I was able to shave 20 mins buy targeting the bulleted points.
Regarding the Seltos, I am not sure why they need another model when the Sportage is still looking ageless. I sort of admire how good-looking their cars have been in the past 8 years but I think the design of this car is already heading into the territory of Hyundai, which is not a surprise, actually.
Off-road, not sure if people will attempt to take it there. My cousin in OZ has had a bad experience with her newish Hyundai, which is supposed to be higher end vs Kia, off the beaten track. We owned a Hyundai before and, even though some models ride better and car-like that their Japanese counterparts, I could easily see how owning a Japanese car saves you a lot in the long run.
