Sump Guard for Forester XT

I am looking for a good quality sump guard for my 2014 Forester XT.
I contacted SubaXtreme, but unfortunately they do not have one designed for the turbo XT (yet). Is anyone aware of an Australian manufacturer who could supply a suitable sump guard?
Doing a quick internet search there seems to be a number of 'skid plate' suppliers in North America - but I was hoping there might be an Australian manufacturer who could provide this.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

David Wilson in Victoria perhaps?

Hi Grant - on another forum I’ve seen a David Wilson guard on an SJ XT.

I went through the same thing (wanting a new bash plate) with my SJ XT a year ago. Subaxtreme’s advice to me at the time was they hadn’t made one yet as the XT comes with one stock.

In the end I decided to stick with the standard aluminium bash plate that comes stock. Until I outgrow it / damage it. It’s taken some good knocks and levelled the centre hump of plenty sand tracks and is still holding strong.

Have you damaged yours or just worried the OEM one won’t do the job?
