I hope u don't mind... i posted this on another Subaru forum too.

I dont know what was crazy,

The extreme stuff the car was doing or the voice over...

Was that Borat from Khazakstan!?!??!?!

The video link hates Americans...lol.

Ironic, it looks like it was produced in that part of the world!

Seriously though, what's left subaru on this monster??? The body and a few badges would be my best bet. Neat looking unit though. It must be running a dry sump to have its nose in the air and not starve of oil!

It did get me thinking though - how would an all over body cage look on the L

Good for a look at a highly modified 4wd...

Cheers

If Holden can call the HRT 427 a Monaro then this is still a Forester

FWIW video link didn't work for me at work (I work for a US company and internet is via the US proxies) but did at home.

what I don't get is what chassis its based on? its very well done.

I recall seeing various articles in our 4wd mags, patrol or toyota chassis, with a car body on top...what they did there looks much better...
Looks like they've done a few, see the summitauto.us website....

ridiculous. I'd like those tires on mine :) ... main problem is the idiot doing the filming... try holding the camera level with the horizon pal.

ok, i may be late on the draw, but I finally got on a computer that can run that vid.

There is no doubt that a Cummins engine powers that thing. I want it, that's all I can say.

Im fairly sure that came out of aroura colorado usa . ive seen it a time.or two near my dads auto shop . things a beast they named it a jackaroo . i even believe i see colorado plates on it in this vid . great looking beast
